The water is the point.
Twenty-eight thousand acres of Beaver Lake start below the site rows. Watch the pontoons idle past from your picnic table, fish the bluff line across the cove, and let the water end your evenings.
Book NowTwenty-five new full hookup sites on a gated point above Beaver Lake, right on US-412 east of Springdale.
Belle Pointe opened in 2025 on a point above the War Eagle arm of Beaver Lake. The concrete is new, the pads are level, and the site rows end where the shoreline begins. Stay two nights or twenty-eight.
Every site has water, sewer, and 50-amp power on its own lighthouse pedestal. The office sells propane, firewood, snacks, and the RV parts you forgot. Ice and filtered water vend around the clock, and the dog park is a real fenced run, not an afterthought.
Restrooms, hot showers, and laundry sit in the middle of the loop, a short walk from every pad.
Park Details

A working gristmill has stood on War Eagle Creek since 1832, fifteen minutes up the valley from the park. The wheel still turns, the mill still grinds, and the Bean Palace upstairs serves lunch.
