Booking & rates
How do I book a site?
Straight through the Book Now button, which shows live availability and exact pricing by date. You can reserve up to a year ahead, or as late as an hour before check-in if space shows.
How long can I stay?
Two nights minimum, twenty-eight consecutive nights maximum. Stays of 1–19 nights run on short-stay terms; 20–28 nights are extended-stay. The park is for recreation and vacations, not permanent residency.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel 21 or more days out for a full refund, 8–20 days out for 50%, and inside 7 days there is no refund. Special-event dates are non-refundable. Refunds process within five business days.
When do I pay?
In full at the time of booking — the price you see in the calendar is the whole of it.
Arriving
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 2:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM, both Central time.
How does the gate work?
The park is gated off US-412. You will receive entry instructions with your reservation; the office at the gate end handles check-in and anything else.
What size rig can you take?
Class A motorhomes down to pop-up campers, 8 to 45 feet. Lanes are wide, pads are level gravel, and the turn off the highway is built for big rigs. Something unusual, call (479) 547-9420.
What hookups are at the site?
Full hookups at every site: water, sewer, and both 30-amp and 50-amp power.
Pets & park life
Are pets welcome?
Yes. Up to three small dogs per site, leashed anywhere outside your own site. Aggressive or constantly noisy pets cannot stay.
Can we have a campfire?
In the designated fire rings, yes. Fires must be attended and fully out before you leave them. Outside firewood is not permitted — the office keeps park firewood stocked.
What are quiet hours?
10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The speed limit is 5 MPH the whole way around the loop, day and night.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, public Wi-Fi across the park.
What is at the office?
Check-in, restrooms, hot showers, laundry, and certified propane fills. Bagged ice, filtered water, and indoor vending sit right beside it, and the firewood rack is just outside. Anything else, ask at the office and the staff will help.
Anything the rules say no to?
Fireworks, washing rigs at the site, permanent structures and clotheslines, cutting vegetation, and unattended fires. Children need adult supervision, and trash goes in the receptacles.
The lake & storage
Can we get to the water?
Yes — the park sits directly on Beaver Lake with steps down to the shoreline at the point, and picnic tables and grills with lake views up top.
Is there boat storage or parking?
Ask at booking — the executive storage facility behind the gate handles rigs and boats between trips, and the office can sort out short-term arrangements.
What is executive storage?
Climate-controlled storage units behind the park’s own gate — details and current availability are on the storage page.
Is the park open year-round?
The booking calendar shows every date we are taking reservations — if your dates show, we are open.
